Account Information: When you register for Shiftr, we collect your name, email address, password, and business name.

Employee Data: When you add employees to your account, we collect employee names, email addresses, and phone numbers for the purpose of sending schedule notifications and reminders.

Payment Information: Payment card data is processed by our secure third-party payment processor and is not stored on our servers.

Usage Data: We collect information on how the Service is accessed and used, including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken within the platform.

Communications: If you contact us for support, we retain records of those communications.

4. SMS and Email Communications

Shiftr sends SMS and email notifications to employees on behalf of account holders (employers). Employee recipients may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. By adding employee phone numbers to Shiftr, you represent that you have obtained appropriate consent from those employees to receive schedule-related text messages.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

• Service Providers: Trusted third parties who assist in operating the platform (e.g., SMS providers, payment processors, hosting)
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.
