Overview
This Fulfillment, Returns & Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions and purchases made through the Shiftr platform, operated by GOMASAUCE LLC. By subscribing to any Shiftr plan, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Shiftrr serves United States customers only. All refunds are processed in US dollars to the original US-issued payment method.
Service Area
Shiftrr ships exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states and the District of Columbia. We do not currently ship to APO/FPO addresses, US territories, or any international destinations including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, or Mexico. All billing addresses must also be located within the United States.
1. Service Fulfillment
Shiftr is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. All subscriptions are fulfilled digitally and immediately upon successful payment confirmation. There are no physical goods, shipments, or downloads involved.
Upon successful payment, you will receive:
- Immediate access to your Shiftr account and all plan features
- A confirmation email sent to the address provided at checkout
- Access to the Shiftr employee mobile app for your team
If you do not receive access within 15 minutes of payment, please contact us at support@getshiftrr.com.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Shiftr subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period. You will retain full access to your plan features until that date.

3. Refund Policy
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Because Shiftr provides immediate digital access upon payment, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused time remaining in a subscription cycle.
Exceptions — we will review refund requests in the following cases:
- You were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong plan, etc.)
- You did not receive access to the Service after a successful payment
- A verified service outage prevented use for more than 24 consecutive hours
To request a refund, contact us within 30 days of the charge at support@getshiftrr.com. Include your account email, the charge date, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days.
4. Free Trial Terms
The Shiftr Pro plan includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required to start. If you add a payment method during or after the trial and do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged the applicable monthly rate at the start of the next billing cycle.
You may cancel your trial at any time before it ends with no charge.
5. Service Interruptions & Credits
In the event of a verified service outage lasting more than 24 consecutive hours, affected customers may be eligible for a prorated service credit applied to their next billing cycle. Credits are issued at GOMASAUCE LLC's sole discretion and do not constitute a cash refund.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of your account. Charges will appear on your statement as GOMASAUCE LLC — SHIFTR.
